Our comprehensive support programs can include remote monitoring and upgrades. After you purchase one of our products, you will receive a standard level support for the first 7 days and the following 14 days will be email based support only.
Hardware support is provided on a complimentary basis providing the hardware is supplied by us. Otherwise only minimal support is provided. For indepth support, you may need to contact the specific hardware manufacturer.
For clients who require additional support or a higher level of support and wish to signup for a support agreement with us, the following support plans are available. To use our telephone support service, you must have a valid support number.
Our Support Packages are as follows:
• Standard Support
This is for customers requiring reduced levels of support. This support package is purchased on an annual basis and includes a guaranteed 24hr response time from technical support by email or telephone, 8hr updates on open issues and unlimited access to our online support knowledge base.
• Premium Support
This is available to customers who desire a high level of support and may be purchased on an annual basis. The price is based on the product purchased and if on site support is required or not. Benefits include guaranteed 2hr response time from technical support by email or call-back telephone support, priority call handling, 6hr updates on open issues and unlimited access to our online support knowledge base.
Rates for support range from $55 p/hr to $150 p/hr depending on solution or product provided, hardware considerations and overall support structure.
